DESIGN & TECHNICAL advice
1 hour consultation: Perfect for a mini project where you need an experienced eye to guide you on colour, furniture placement or sourcing ideas, or want to understand how best to use a space - from repositioning of electrics, plumbing and even walls.
I can also offer advice on many aspects of a healthier home such as mould or damp issues; ventilation and airflow; healthier flooring; paint and wallpaper options; potential airborne chemicals and their sources; products to avoid; products to invest in.

INTERIOR Design SERVICE - BY ROOM
2 hour consultation: A design dive where you are looking to redesign or revamp a space. Together we will work on creating the room you desire - considering the needs of its occupants, the space, its functionality and storage capacity to the ambience you’d like to achieve through colour, lighting and furnishing. This service can include a colour consultation with paint charts and wallpaper; flooring and carpet samples; window treatment techniques; the repositioning of your existing furniture or we can consider sourcing new pieces. This can also cover technical areas such as consideration of new stud walls, creating recesses, adding or removing windows and doors amongst many other structural features.
I pride myself on intuitive design solutions paired with precise technical application - from measuring the space; creating to-scale floorplans along with 2D and 3D CADs (computer aided designs). I also offer hand drawings of wall elevations to aid the visualisation process. I can work with your architect and builder, or I can recommended tried-and-tested professional services. I also work with a larger building firm for larger scale projects.
Post meeting: a written summary, Mood Board, Sourcing list with Costings.
Follow up meeting: a presentation of the work, with one rework available

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Perfect for a remodel, extension or conversion - If you do not want to oversee the build yourself, I can offer an additional project management service: gathering quotes; securing dates; creating a project plan and risk assessment; managing timeframes, budgets, and smoothing any wrinkles, whilst ensuring the project runs to schedule. I will regularly visit the space and oversee the build and installation, keeping you up-to-date with regular communication.
This tends to be a bolt-on service to my interior design service, however, I am happy to consider projects that solely need a professional eye to keep them on track, to budget and to the agreed standard.

Holiday Lets & Air BnBs
Add value to your holiday property by creating a sought-after interior that will increase revenue and make guests want to return time and again. My consultation will focus on creating a beautiful rental through improved functionality, flow and use of space; storage suggestions suited to the environment that the house sits in and the holiday lifestyle it offers; all with a focus on wellbeing, sustainability and health. The consultation can include paint/wallpaper recommendations, flooring suggestions, floor plan layouts and suitable furniture sourcing.
Initial conversation - a discussion to establish:
the size of property and amount of design work required
the level of standard you want to achieve
whether you want designs only or designs with sourcing furniture and accessories
whether you’d like a full project management service to follow on from the design service, where I create a detailed project plan, source and book trade, then install the furniture and accessories
then I will be able to give you an idea of price for the project
Assessment - a viewing of the property either in person, on-line or through a video. Taking measurements if required, colour consultation
Post assessment: written summary of work to be produced, followed by a Mood Board and Sourcing list with Costings. One rework available.
